I just wanted to give everyone an update with regards to COVID-19.
We are back to normal stock levels! Thanks for your patience while we waiting for our shipment to arrive.
Order Processing & Dispatch
I have moved our dispatch cutoff time forward by an hour to 3PM. All orders placed before 3PM will be packaged up the same day.
Providing CourierPost is on schedule for the day, orders placed before 3PM will be picked up the same day.
Orders are processed and dispatched from my home office where myself and my partner are strictly following government advice about isolation.
Neither myself or my partner have been overseas in the last 6 months. Neither of us have displayed any symptoms of COVID-19.
We are seeing most orders (85%+) being delivered on schedule, however some deliveries have been delayed by up to 1-2 business days.
If your order is not delivered on time, please be patient and keep an eye on the tracking details. There is nothing we can do it speed up the delivery of your order once it has been handed over to CourierPost.
Cleaning & Sanitary Practices
We’ve always followed strict cleaning and sanitation protocols and these have been amplified in response to COVID-19.
All of our stock is manufactured in state of the art, clean, FDA approved and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified facilities in the United States.
When shipping boxes arrive into New Zealand, they are disinfected even though the likelihood of transmitting the virus via surfaces is extremely low.
Stock is kept in the original shipping boxes until an order is processed, reducing unnecessary handling.
The original shipping boxes containing stock are kept behind closed doors, separate from high traffic areas.
Before orders are shipped, the person dispatching orders thoroughly cleans their hands with hot soapy water.
All orders are batch-dispatched in one sitting, rather than over the course of the day.
Is It Safe to Receive My Delivery?
Our delivery partners (CourierPost) are conducting contact-less deliveries. No signature is required, and parcels will be left in a safe place at the delivery address you provided with your order.
We’re staying up to date with the latest changes regarding COVID-19, particularly those from health and government departments.
If anything changes in regards to the availability of stock or the delivery of orders, those updates will be reflected on this page and elsewhere on the website as necessary.
