Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible.

The table below should be used as a rough guide to delivery times, however no guarantees can be made because we are at the mercy of courier schedules and any unexpected delays they may face.

For Auckland deliveries, you’ll usually receive your order the next business day.

For orders to the rest of the North Island you should also receive them the next business day, however there is a small chance of a delay due to courier network problems such as road or airport closures.

Orders to the South Island have a good chance of getting to you the next day, however plan on 2-3 days if it is critical. Target delivery times are based on orders paid in full via credit card and for in stock items. Orders paid for by bank deposit will be processed and dispatched upon receipt of payment.


We currently only ship to New Zealand, Australia and Singapore.

Order Processing Time

When you place and pay for your order, all “in stock, ready for delivery” products will be packed up and made ready for courier pick up as quickly as possible.

Orders sent within New Zealand placed before 3PM Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day to ensure you get your order as soon as possible.

Delivery Company

We use CourierPost for sending orders.

They’re the largest, most reliable and fastest courier company in New Zealand which means your order will arrive quickly and safely.

Discreet Delivery

All packages are sent in discreet packaging with no reference to Gout Control. The “from” address on the parcel will be our parent company, Online Retail Brands.


After you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the details.

When we’ve processed your order you will receive another email with the tracking number and courier information.
